Virtual Organizing

Over the years you may have been trying to become better organized, knowing the value it would add to your life, yet never successfully complete the process. You know that you could do the work yourself, but just don’t know where to get started. What if you could hire someone to design a plan of action, someone who would be there for you with continued guidance and motivational support? Working with a virtual organizer might just be what would lead you to a successful completion of the job.


You could benefit from virtual organizing if…

  • You live in an area with no professional organizer nearby.

  • You have done small organizing projects before but seem to get stuck before completion.

  • You will be more apt to follow through when working with an accountability partner.

  • You are looking for someone to design a plan to follow and keep you on track.

  • You would love to hire a P.O. for hands-on organizing but have a limited budget.

  • Your schedule does not allow for a 3-5-hour session with a P.O. but you could work at your own pace with some guidance until the project is completed.

How does it all work?

Initially, we will meet for a free 30-45-minute phone consultation to discuss the process, your project, as well as the pricing options. We will discuss your expectations, or when you would like to complete the project by, as well as the amount of time you will be able to spend on the project each week. This will help us decide which virtual organizing package is right for you.


Taking all these factors into consideration, I will then design a customized, step by step plan of action, which is broken down into achievable goals. Next, we will then meet via phone or Skype at weekly, bimonthly, or monthly intervals, for approximately 45 minutes. During this time, we will discuss the progress that has been made in the previous week(s), as well as the goals for the upcoming week(s). I will provide you with support and suggestions, addressing any questions or issues that may arise during your organizing process.


Throughout the project I will be available via e-mail, to answer your questions, or to provide you with suggestions for products to better organize each space. I will be there to keep you motivated and cheer you on until the project is completed.
